That is odd, but I think I know the problem. The PHQ9 button is still available but only for patients that have not had a screening in the last year. Are you sure these are people that have not had one in the past year? I think his will meet the MIPS guidelines.
If you are looking to do the PHQ9 more frequently then you can start a second testing by going to the "summary Sheet" tab, then bottom left "Decision Support & Injections" tab, "Complete" tab where you should see the last PHQ9 testing date. Double click on the PHQ9 name box and the "Clinical Quality Measures" window will open. Go to the "Screenings & Tests" tab and there you can redo the PHQ9 via the blue hyperlink. You can also see a PDF of the last test performed via the link at the bottom.
Hope this helps. I think there is an easier way to get to the Clinical Quality Measures but I can't remember right now. This reads as being complicated but it really isn't just follow the steps. If you have problems let us know, if it works for you then let us know!/
