For our ACO we need 3 quality measures reported electronically going forwards.
#001 (CMS122): DM- A1c poor control >9%
#134 (CMS2) : Preventive care and screening, Screening for Depression and f/u plan
#236 (SMS165): Controlling High BP
DM and BP reports can be run thru reporting tab of AC.
But not depression screen report.
In the previous versions there was PHQ9 screen button in the right lower quadrant. It was working good. Then it got unusable and would not work, when we called AC they said they were aware of the nonworking issue, then it is gone in the newest versions.
So, we have been doing PHQ9 screen on paper. But now I believe it cannot be captured for electronic reporting.
Hopefully we can get that PHQ9 button back fast as our payments are based on reporting.
