I'm not an expert on this stuff, but it sounds as if you have a good setup. May be you could maximize the ram. Is it possible to set up a virtual drive and access the ICD codes from it? Also, there was a thread about having th AC program loaded onto each work station and the patient files loaded on the servor. Would that improve performance?
