It is too much trouble to call and stay on hold to talk to the pharmacist or tech. It is much simpler to resend the meds, because the medication will be available in the "write Rx" window in the unfinished chart or "refill meds from the dropdown window when right click on patients name in the patient lookup window. I have not had any "repeat offender pharmacists" yet who frequently tell patient's parents that "they did not send it".
