I must correct my previous post.:
I had used DPME for years. When they decided to not support it any more I decided to go to Dragon one. I can not say Dragon one works great, because some small things from DPME are gone. In Dragon one when dictating into any program that it does not recognize, the dictation will appear in a text box that you have to transfer into the field you want the text to appear to. In AC it does not recognize some fields( such as doing a referral letter, so you will be dictating into the text box and have to transfer to the field for the letter. So far I believe that is the only place in AC that Dragon one does not recognize. You can dictate in all other fields in AC, just like DPME. I also dictate from home using DPME using GoToMYPC and it works fine with DPME, but does not work with Dragon one. Therefore I have DPME still on my home computer for dictating from home and have both DPME and dragon one installed on my office computer.
Also with Dragon one you must have an active internet to access your speech files which are in the cloud. If internet is down you won't be able to connect to the cloud. If you want to use dragon one on any hospital computer you will need to have to install the workstation part of dragon one and IT from the hospital will probably not allow that. It seems that they have not fully worked out the kinks yet.
Sorry for the errors.
