Hi everyone,

I have been doing some advanced planning for Windows 11.

We have been using Dragon Medical Practice Edition 4 on Windows 10 Pro. I was checking for Windows 11 compatibility, and was surprised to find that Dragon Medical Practice looks like it has been dropped completely, and support ends at the end of this month.

The current product is Dragon Medical 1, cloud based.

It looks like there is a one time $525 implementation fee, then approximately $1000 annual fee. I am guessing this is per provider. Since there are 2 of us, that would be over $1000 implementation fee, then $2000 yearly, or over 5 years $11,000.

So my thought, right now, is to continue using the current Dragon Medical on-site for the next 3 years, continuing those PCs on Windows 10 Pro.

Anyone actually using Dragon Medical 1? How is it? Any other thoughts or alternatives to Dragon?
