I just posted this response in the other thread. I will copy it here.

We are currently experiencing issues with NewCrop, related to an outage that occurred late Monday night into Tuesday. This effects not only refills but EPCS as well. We have been in contact with the NewCrop Management team to get a resolution for this issue. We will keep everyone updated as we work on this.
