For the last 3 days, my controlled substance prescription goes down a lot, I tried to contact support, left voice message with them but no one reaches back to me. Can anyone help me on this? Does this occur to you? IS NEWS Crop having a lot of issues recently? or is this my account?

Mark@AC, can you help? please. We cannot deal with this any more? called in for every prescription, need too much resources.
