We have had this happen with our practice as well. Same Version of AC. Has happened since we started with 10.2. I have monitored but can not see a consistent pattern. MARK@AC, it happens without anything in the "course" field. My retired partner had this happen all the time, for me it is very rare! We picked on her because she was technically challenged. I have no explanation why this is happening, frustrating but not a deal breaker. Maybe tech support can find a pattern!
