installing 10.2, failed

looks like unable download crystal reports installer with error:

failure cache file https//downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crnetruntine/clickonce/crrruntime_3232+13_0_1.msi

anyone have a solution while waiting for ac tech support?
