We were told by a salesman from Harris about the ACPM situation. We have recently begun to look into moving to their Caretracker product for practice management as we have become unhappy with ACPM.

I know nothing about how good ACPM is or was, but after reading about it, it sounds like it had its downside. While Harris only inherited the software, are you wary at all about using a product that is ultimately from the same company? Just wondering.
