I am wondering if anyone can comment on how they may have automated their patient check-in process. We are looking for ideas such was self-check in kiosks or iPads or somehow allowing patients to check in online.
Check-in workflows we would like to consider automating would include new patient check-in, updating demographics, updating insurance information, signing updated HIPAA, consent and history forms and collecting balances or co-payments.
I have seen Instant Medical Patient History (interviewsoftware.com) and Phreesia (phreesia.com) 3rd party programs that have interfaced with A.C.. Anyone using these? How are you using them? Are they any other 3rd party products people are using?
Any ideas you have would be appreciated.
