Sometimes you get that error if there is a disallowed character in the patients address (for a while, we were putting "Lewis & Clark Rd." instead of Lewis and Clark Rd.) or sometimes there is an invalid ICD10 code in the list -- even an inactive code that you don't even know is there.
Very picky program.
