Yes, that was my complaint too, I pay for Guardian Support and expect to be helped out in a crisis, which when your only nurse cannot access AC on a busy day, that constitutes a crisis that needs to be handled. I never did get a call from AC Guardian support after three phone calls today, Indy is the only one who responded to my concern today, and I am glad he knows people in high places
