I think you should call AC on this question.

I believe most of the interfaces have a trial, but can it be activated during a trial of AC?????

While the members on the user board can help with issues about AC, the board is not well monitored by the company for responding directly to questions. Occasionally AC will chime in on issues, but one like this would best be handled by them directly.
