We have always had that Run time error occur but at different times. We are setup similarly, though, in that the staff sometimes walk away from their personal desktops without "Logging out" of AC and logging into the Exam room desktops. Meanwhile AC times out on their personal desktops.
For us, though, the error doesn't always happen. We usually get the Run time error while we are just randomly navigating a chart. Haven't been able to pin point the cause. I think I even posted about this a year or so ago.
I think Dr Hayes means he "Logs out" of AC, which leaves him at the AC login screen. Which doesn't close it/shutdown completely.
