When you say log off, do you mean logging off AC itself or logging off the computer? In ten years, I have never logged off AC. I have logged on if the computer reboots. Otherwise, it is ALWAYS open under my name, and the computers that I USE are always locked and not logged off. Of course, I click F3 or click on the lock screen icon before I leave the room for confidentiality, but that leaves the computer locked and not logged off. It is good that it gets rid of your error, but I have never had that error. As you say, it is a bug. I was just asking, because that seems like so much extra time during the day to close and reopen AC between visits.

Now, for best practices, my staff logs off their computers each evening. The computers are on 24/7.
