Chris C, that sounds terrific. I agree with Chris/Alaska's concern about missing sign-offs, but this type of control is ideal.
By the way, when you say "Until now v. 9, even non-medical category items still needed sign off although it said No Sign off Required (it was a bug)."
Actually, that was never the case for us.
