If your practice is "tuned-up", I would be so bold as to contact one of the family practitioners to see if they would cover you for a week (for a nominal fee). I am a solo family practitioner and would not hesitate to do this for a pediatric colleague that is as hard-working as you. He might be able to return the favor in some fashion with difficult pediatric patients in the future. Just a thought. Marlon
