I was planning on sending letters directly from AC to the referring doctor. Is this possible?
It's absolutely possible, you just can't put your logo on it, without using the techniques I listed above.
What about sending copies to other physicians involved in the patient's care? Where is the option to send copies to them?
Right. You just have to pick the patient's name, right-click and pick out the Print Letters feature or whatever. You can create a practice rolodex and have the physician's name added to the letter automatically, and save it to AC when you're done.
