Wendell,
How do you like ACPM compared to MEDFX? We are currently using MEDFX. I was wondering if it reduces workload. My physican does her own coding and enter of charges. I am clinical as well as handling posting insurance payments to patient statements.

They're the same and then their different. You don't review the claims in advance like we did before, so that's a plus. They don't use F keys as much but F2 and some of the other ones still work (some don't) Once you're used to that, it's easy. You have to go to the portal to check on claim status that you didn't do in MedFx. AC's support is good, but MedFx's is better. AC is $50 less a month. One thing I preferred in MedFx is that to find a patient's insurance status you have to go to a different screen, it isn't usually on the demographic page (sometimes it is). This is rambling a bit, I know, but these are my quick responses.
