has anyone have an office refuse a cd- or a thumb drive.
i had an experience when i sent a cd; and the office told me the cd was 'broken'.
this was a large chart, so i put the records on a thumb drive and sent it that way; and the office contacted me to say that they do not accept cd's or thumb drives.
