I already did that , I was able to log in with the on screen keyboard and did a system restore on one computer which worked but the other one crashed during system restore . So I am trying to restore a system image on a new HD but this seems very difficult as windows recovery does not recognize the system image created by windows !so I am trying various things and may have to buy a new os .
