Online backups such as iDrive and AC's is, at this time, not vulnerable to these attacks. But, ANYTHING that is connected to the computer could be vulnerable, although it is doubtful.
But, if ransomeware encrypted all your files, you really want a local copy that you can use immediately. Which means one that is not connected to your network.
