I wanted to refresh this thread.
Yes, Lifeline is having patients complete forms and see a NP, then billing Medicare for AWV.
Since it can only be done annually, they make it impossible for me to perform this service.
I think it is completely inappropriate.
The AWV should be done (and billed) by the patient's primary care physician.
