We have a good 10-15 pending everyday this week as well but we haven't had any patients call to complain that the pharmacy didn't receive them. Today we did begin the day around 7am with a e-Rx outage and then it came back around 8:30am. Now around 12pm it is extremely slow. Prescription renewals are not coming in at all now, too.

Have you been able to talk with AC to figure out where the problem is?
