If everyone could collectively refuse the folly of "meaningful use", then programmers could get to work to really make the AC program meaningful and truly useful.
As it is, I use it pretty much like a spreadsheet -- but it isn't customizable in any way. I use none of the fancy features that got grafted onto a once-simple program.
Different doctors have different needs and styles depending on both personality of the doctor and patient characteristics. AC doesn't take any of that into account.
Any way you look at it, it beats EPIC for ease of use, and for readable notes.
