I have let the developers know but I have to say that it would be helpful that when we type in a keyword to find codes, that instead of only being able to double click on one of them , we could check a couple of them to add at the same time.
For example, if you type in headache and want to add a couple codes to be descriptive, you have to type in headache and pick one. then type in headache and pick a second one.
For me, I do ortho stuff so ankle pain. then type it in again to do left ankle pain, then do it again to find the ankle pain with movement, blah blah.
Just a thought.
