I don't think there's a way to do that automatically. You would have to perform a search for all patients whose last visit was greater than two years ago, then either export that list or print it. Then, you would have to go in and inactivate them by hand.
However, if you're just wanting to perform a search on patients who have been seen in the last two years, why can't you just add that criterion into your search?
