In 2014 Medicare/CMS made PQRS reporting easier by allowing "registries"--basically a middleman to help submit data. The system of directly reporting to CMS is cumbersome as I understand it. MD Interactive is one of the approved registries. I got an email from AC's product manager, Chris Conrad, on Monday saying that they are exploring setting up a system to do PQRS reporting from within AC by partnering with a registry.
