Well, I used AC support for the second time ever. I may be lucky, but I got right through, received a call from John Erikson in under 15 minutes, and the problem was solved in 15 minutes.

Oh, and I should say he remoted in and spoke with my biller, and it was fixed in no time. I should also say that it was....umm....err....
