FYI- I was told that your problem list ICD-9 codes will not be converting to ICD-10 under the summary sheet tab. However, the problem list on the most recent encounter does convert to ICD-10 but some codes show up as 000. I am assuming that will be the case when there is more than one option for choosing a new code in ICD-10.
