I have mostly a wired network with peer to peer hosting amazing charts on a main computer.
i am using windows 7
I do connect one and sometimes two laptops to a wireless network.
everything is password protected
i am using a bright house modem that connects to my netgear router - hard wired and wireless.
the connection is DHCP
I am concerned about hippa security - and i think i am not there yet.
I am looking for advice how to upgrade my system to make it hippa secure.
[the router has a WPS wizard] - do i need to figure out the WPS setup.
could i keep the same as i have, and use a laptop without any conficential information saved to it and connect to my amazing charts through log-me-in and have that secure?
