One of the most inane things about 6.3.3 is how it puts mixed case medications in, but has a spell checker with a bug: you can't turn on mixed case error flagging! That stuff drives me crazy. Still running 6.3.3, but will need to code in ICD-10. That will probably cause me to switch to v8. I am so sick of writing notes, though, that I almost can't stand it.
