Weird title I know, but I need help. I have decided to wait on v8.2.4 until the speed changes are out. AC has recognized the issue and is working diligently to fix it, and they are making improvements. Soon, I hope, it will be as quick as v6 or v7.
Given we do not use ICD-10, (granted it would be nice), we have decided not to upgrade at this point.
I have been on 6.1.2 simply because of the need to upgrade my server (which I have done).
I was thinking of upgrading to a version which may have some improvements, mainly:
phone numbers and fax numbers in ePrescribe and the radio buttons which control NPI, DEA and License number on ePrescribe staying on or off. In 6.1.2, these are random. I always see that they have turned off when I do a controlled substance, which sometimes don't go through and the pharmacies (which have my DEA on file) won't fill them. The reason I see them, is after using the mouses to enter the sig, I have to drag it down to the prescribe button, which always crosseds over these three buttons. But, my MA tabs or something.
So, which is the best version of version 7 which is stable and fast and has the most improvements from version 6.1.2 or 6.3.3.
