We just started with Amazing Charts, we have 3 providers and see about 100 patients a day. Our patient data base is 60,000+ does anyone else have a problem with the system being very slow? We have about 20 users in our practice and the system is very slow. Anyone out there with a practice of this volume have a similar problem?
We have several client practices that have between 15-25 users, some of which oare on the 7.x series.
There are several factors that play into AC performance, which is why several have asked for more specifics.
If this is a recent install, it would lead me to believe that you are on the default SQL Express.
Also curious if AC did the patient import for you.
