Here is my issue, and yes a lesson learned and I am changing the way I do things going forward. I have 64K outstanding over the last 5 years. At first it wasn't bad, now it is getting out of hand.
I think over the last year I can get the money, but for 2012 and 2011?
For those that use the collection places how much do they take?
