Dear Dino,

1) Sounds like an AC-specific problem, so call and email AC tech support, which you're probably already doing.

2) Uninstall Adobe and install FoxIt, a different free pdf reader that forum users have used with AC, just in case your AC setup will work with FoxIt and get you going again:

If Foxit doesn't work, you can always uninstall it and reinstall Adobe.
