Going to 7.12 was full of problems. 1. some demographics transferred some didn't 2. most accounts will not let you correct data once you discover it's wrong 3. printing lab or x-ray orders does add dx code 4. encounter forms will not print simple pt. identifying data 5. program will not allow you to change insurance priority like primary to secondary 6. guardian angel support just keep passing it up the chain without letting me know what was going on 7. called, texted, and live chat support with no response ( I was just left hanging with a dysfunctional paid for EMR and paid support) 8. finally got someone who said they were passing it up chain, but there may be a "bug" in the program and therefore NOT fixable 9. not being able to go backward to an AC version (6.33) that was working well is just stupid. Checked and ZERO problem with my hardware.
