I have had a few desperate folks who travel from one end of this state or other to come see me, and have even had a Canadian or two, and one currently in Mexico. But I think they really come to see my nurse. Which brings me to my next point. I think I will wait till I get to the office and incorporate her help, then will send you the invite. So give me a couple of hours, then I will do it right the first time.
If you see any handouts or templates you like, there is a great manual on the Updox website that walks you through on how to construct these. Or just ask, and I may be able to help, if not will ask my wife who made most of mine. She is the computer geek.
