We received a survey about 6 weeks ago asking all sorts of questions about our level of preparation for ICD10 implementation. One question was how much cash reserve we have to support our business through multiple months of significant cash flow deficits. Are they kidding?! The next question was about our plans to secure a line of credit from a bank to get us through a prolonged cash flow deficit. Are they kidding?! I'd sooner quit and teach high school biology and work my way up in the teachers union. I take that back....ideally I'd teach university level chemistry even though I'd get lower wage and no union.
