First, there will be no perfect storm with MU2 colliding with ICD-10. We can wait until the government comes up with HA3 next year.
I do not know where all this is fuss is coming from. I only asked if anyone would be interested in a calendar.
People can clamor for advertising or the top 10 television shows, but they would be disregarded. In fact anything other than a vote for or against a calendar is distracting.
