Okay, I am still not sure I understand what you are after. When I open a new note, all the data from the past note is carried forward to the new note, and everything has to be deleted that does not pertain to the new note.

This is either carried out:
  • manually, field by field
  • automatically, by File->New Note->Blank Note (clear all fields)
  • automatically by File->New Note->New Note (save PFSH), or Ctrl-N.
The only "feature" that the PMFSHx fields possess, if you want to call it that, is that they are not deleted when you hit Ctrl-N.

Are you saying that you don't want the Plan to be cleared when you hit Ctrl-N?

In my mind, if you want the Plan carried forward, either clear the unnecessary fields by hand, or else have your assistant hit Ctrl-N, and then have them copy and paste the Plan from the last visit.
