As many of you know Express Scripts Mail Order Pharmacy acquired Medco Mail Order Pharmacy last year. Effective January 1, 2014, the Medco Mail Pharmacy NCPDP: 3121504; and Express Scripts Mail Order Pharmacy NCPDP number: 2623735 will be doing business as Express Scripts Home Delivery on the Surescripts network. Surescripts will continue to support electronic New Prescription, Refill Renewal, and Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS). The name in your directory will change from Express Scripts Mail Pharmacy to Express Scripts Home Delivery.
On January 1, 2014 the Legacy Medco Pharmacy entry NCPDP ID 3121504 will also be updated and renamed to reflect the business merger and will show in the directory as Express Scripts Home Delivery. Allscripts will be updating the pharmacy dictionary to reflect these changes. If you do not see Medco updated to Express Scripts Home delivery by mid-January please contact support. Starting January 1, 2014 you should have 1 active Express Scripts Home Delivery entry listed below.
