Our office uses a blend of XP SP2 and Vista notebooks. Not really a peer to peer network though as I'm a firm believer in dedicated server hardware for certain critical functions, like the database fileserver (our NAS).
I can certainly help you out on setup. If you want, I can document on the forum so others can view/critique as well. We'll get the better results with several eyes looking on.
