Thanks for the advice Wayne. We're neighbors, I'm in Northern NJ. The office is actually for my wife but I am trying to set this up for her. It sounds like the server may be the way to go because the idea is for the receptionist to be there taking calls and scheduling appointments whether or not the doctor is there or not. I'll have to look into Logmein or Gotomypc. Anything else comes to mind, please let me know. Thanks again.
