so my question is do I have to go to the registry and change the listening port or can change my ports just with changing these settings ?
I usually advice against this. For instance if you had SBS or Remote Gateway, the web access wouldn't work if you changed the port via the registry. If you have the option for a public/remote/external port on your router, that's always best. It's also more convenient if you need to remote into a computer in the office. It makes it easy to forget which computer has which port.
