Q: Is MEDfx PM going to be an Amazing Charts branded solution?
A: Yes. Our plan is to offer a seamlessly integrated EHR+PM solution by mid-2014. This solution will have a single sign-on for both EHR and PM, a single database for both applications, and the same User Interface (UI) look and feel. It will be branded, sold, and supported as Amazing Charts Practice Management (PM).
Q: How much will the integrated EHR/PM cost? I heard PM will cost from $399 to $499 per month?
A: No, we have not yet announced a price for the Amazing Charts PM solution. You should not look at the current price of MEDfx PM as any indication of the eventual price for Amazing Charts PM.
Amazing Charts PM will be a separate product, based on MEDfx technology, but specifically built for the Amazing Charts Users. We remain committed to our core tenants of affordability and usability, and this product will be priced affordably.
Q: If the integrated PM solution is not available until 2014, what can I do today?
A: If you already use MEDfx today, we can offer a file-based interface to MEDfx PM that includes demographics, appointment scheduling and charge entry. This interface serves as a step towards the integrated solution of the near future.
Amazing Charts clients can also start using MEDfx PM today at special pricing and special terms until it?s time to move to our integrated solution. The price for the interim solution from MEDfx will be $249 per Clinician per month, with a fixed clearinghouse fee of $49 per Clinician per month. It is a 12-month contract, but cancellable at any time if you are moving to the Amazing Charts Integrated solution.

A: Yes. If you start using MEDfx today, the transition, training and data migration to the integrated Amazing Charts EHR+PM solution will be faster, easier, and more controlled.
MEDfx PM supports ICD-10 coding today. If you start using MEDfx now, the transition to ICD-10 can begin immediately, reducing your risk of not meeting the deadline of October 1, 2014. You can begin the training and testing today.
