Current "Official" Version
Version 6.6 improves many of our existing features. This release supports improvements required for SureScripts v10.6 certification, adds functionality for Welch Allen and MidMark vitals interfaces, supports enhanced interoperability with HIEs, improves content of clinical documents (CCDs)
e-PrescribingAdded an e-Renewal Details screen to show the Dispensed and Prescribed medication information to comply with 10.6 Surescripts Certification.
The dispense number entry field e-prescribing formatting message was made clearer and updated to note non-numeric values and 0, and any messages longer than 11 characters.
The e-Prescribing formatting message for the sig field is clearer, and it also notes that the sig cannot be empty.
e-Prescribing formatting messages now refresh correctly when tabbing and clicking through the Prescription Writer.
We are now trimming the leading and trailing spaces in prescription writing fields, as well as trimming insignificant zeros off of numeric fields.
Aligned Quick Script e-prescription formatting messages with the regular Prescription Writer formatting messages for 10.6 Surescripts Certification.
Added the statuses ?Pending? and ?Print? to the drop-down filter in the Prescriptions Transactions page per Surescripts 10.6 Certification.
The 'Close' button is now changed to 'Cancel' in the Quick Script Writer.
The transaction status no longer includes success as a status; pending is the new status that comes before verified and failure
Fixed Deny with new Rx Functionality so the deny message sends back to the original pharmacy correctly.
Removed the packaging information for medications like tablets from the write scripts screen
Added validation to write scripts in preparation for 10.6 Surescripts certification.
Added status in the Drop down on Rx Transmission Status screen for filtering.

Changed so when location fields are used for searching, mail order pharmacies also show up.

Fixed accepting a renewal for a drug we do not know the NDC number for.
Now allowing a different pharmacy prescription to be sent out and a denial to send back to original pharmacy.
Fixed a mapping function in order to handle the deny with new prescription to follow function.
Updated hydrochlorothiazide-lisinopril 25 mg-20 mg oral tablet drug
Trimmed fields are shown to user; trimmed field of insignificant 0 is shown to user; validation messages simplified and updated in the prescription writers
Current Medications are now being displayed as such immediately when Remove is click in the Write Scripts screen
If user is a non-provider, prescription will print with authorized provider credentials
Medication History now shows dates associated for inactive and activate med in the Current Med list
Set max length of meds text box to 200
Fixed occasional problem with eRx failure notification in provider inbox
DEA and NPI will now print on Scheduled prescriptions automatically printed from Renewals
Fixed issue so that we check NDC numbers of renewal request medication as well matched renewal drugs
Correct 'printing' message now shows when trying to renew scheduled drug
User is now notified when they select a drug without an NDC number. The error message will appear on the bottom of the RX pad with the other messages.
On write scripts page, fixed significant lag when typing med name
Updated Drug Tables for NewCrop in Amazing Charts
Now showing full name of Potency Unit Code where appropriate (for example, ?grams? instead of ?gs?).
Fixed truncated sig description in Dispensed/Prescribed screen in renewal workflow
Refills carry over from quick scripts screen without issue.
No longer getting an issue when the current medication?s screen is opened and user starts typing in the medication name field.
New printed notes now display Electronically Signed by: <provider name> and date time along with sig. Historical will not.
No longer having an issue with errors when unable to find column when codifying a freetext medication before transmitting it to a pharmacy.
Formulary no longer returns Invalid Provider message if access to Eligibility.xml is denied. Characters ?2? and ?,? are now allowed in the Rx search field.
All potency codes are now handled correctly by the prescription writing screen.
When REFRES with Controlled Substance is marked as Accept and sent, user is now prompted to print and wet sign
Hide sending refill requests label when cancelling out of sending 0 refills message
We're now "caching" the selected drug to avoid unnecessary round-trips to the database
eRx Validation messages fixed in write scripts and quick scripts screens.
No longer having an issue with codifying free text messages from the prescription transmission screen.
All former QuantityQualifier codes (U2, BG, etc) have now been changed over to PotencyCodes in the format of C#####
Fixed issue with matching formulary drug names.
The updated DrugInfo name is being placed on the Rx line and the line is no longer turning yellow since it's a codified name

Displaying DateInitiated in the date column of Prescription History form
BillingThe correct subscriber will now always show up in account info for all insurances
Now when adding a billing comment it prints in the Comments section of the invoice for that date of service only.
No error occurs now when opening Check In/Check Out screens for new patients.
Renewals with NDC numbers not in our database are now handled graceful
Correct message is sent back to Surescripts now when denying a prescription and writing a new prescription to a different pharmacy.
Added a message to let the user know when too long of a Billing Comment or Check Number is entered, that the longer comments will be truncated to 100 and 50 characters, respectively.
ICD code search box no longer throws errors
Removed duplication of cpt codes on superbill when re-opening the superbill form
Turned history tracking back on, and made use of it while finding payors for a given date of service so inactive insurances could show up on an invoice.
Appointment screen now showing patient outstanding balance

From the patient chart, users can now import patient vitals by pressing Ctrl + i, or by right clicking on any patient vitals text field and selecting "Import Vitals" from the drop down menu.
We will only allow the practice to have one active vitals interface at a time.
