I want to start out by saying I'm an IT consultant and have little to no understanding of health care procedures. I have a client that was importing scanned images of lab results into AC. He had created a doctor that did not exits and imported everything using that doctors account. At issue is he does not want to see normal lab results. So he wants his nurses to sort them out and only put the "bad" results in his inbox. Fast forward to the lab interface. I got it up and running and it works great (easiest EHR lab interface EVER.) However when it is imported it goes into all doctors inbox. Is there a way to force it to go to the doctor that was created for sorting those out and not all doctors inbox when imported? I hope this makes sense.
